Hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving and a safe Black Friday shopping adventure! It’s hard to imagine that Christmas is just around the corner.

Speaking of Christmas and shopping - Luther Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi dealership near Minneapolis is participating in a toy drive. From now until December 15th we will be collecting donations for the Community Emergency Assistance Program (CEAP) Toys of Joy program.

About Toys of Joy

Formerly known as the Hope for Holidays Program, CEAP’s toy donation program provides over 2,000 toys a year to kids in need. They are accepting new, unopened, unwrapped gifts for children ages 0-14.

The greatest need right now is for teenagers. If you have any teenagers in your family, you know they are more difficult to shop for. Here are a few ideas for teenage gifts:

  • Puzzles & Board Games

  • Makeup & Bath Sets

  • Hair Styling Tools

  • Hair Accessories

  • Purses & Cosmetic Bags

  • Costume Jewelry

  • Sports Team Apparel

  • Sports Equipment

  • Snowboards & Skateboards

  • MP3 Players

  • Video & Computer Games

  • DVDs & CDs

  • USB Flash Drives

  • Gift Cards for clothing, music, etc.
